触摸屏的技术和运用

摘要

 
触摸屏起源于1971年,美国Sam Hurst博士发明了世界上第一个触摸传感器。虽然那个传感器作触摸屏并不很清晰,但却是人类研究触摸屏技术的开端。1973年这项技术被美国《工业研究》评选为当年度100项最重要的新技术产品之一。触摸屏从诞生起就受到人们的关注和喜爱。在1982年Tennessee的Knoxville世界交易会上,在美国馆中第一次展出了33台使用新式透明触摸敏感控制板的电视机。
1991年,触摸屏进入中国。当时只是代理国外的红外和电容屏产品。1993年中国红外触摸屏技术基本成熟。在这期间,逐渐产生了中国触摸自助一体机KIOSK的邹形。 2007年iPhone手机的推出,成为触控行业发展的一个里程碑。  目前,触摸屏应用范围已变得越来越广泛,从工业用途的工厂设备的控制、公共信息查询的电子查询设施、商业用途的提款机,到消费性电子的移动电话、PDA、等都可看到触控屏幕的身影。当然,这其中应用最为广泛的仍是手机。根据调研机构ABIResearch报告指出,2008年采用触控式屏幕的手机出货量将超过1亿部,预计2012年安装触控界面的手机出货量将超过5亿部。
触摸屏是一种定位设备,用户可以直接用手机向计算机输入坐标信息,它和鼠标、键盘一样,是一种输入设备,触摸屏具有坚固耐用、反应速度快、节省空间、易于交流等许多优点,利用这种技术,只要用手指轻轻地指碰计算机显示屏上的图符或文字就能实现对主机操作,从而使人机交互更为直接了当,这种技术极大方便了那些不懂电脑操作的用户。
  电阻触摸屏是市场中最为常见的触摸屏技术,2007年占全球单位出货量的91%。但是,由于该技术的平均销售价格低,它占总体触摸屏市场销售额的比例只有52%。尽管它不是非常耐用,而且透射性也不好,但它的价格低,而且对手指及笔触比较敏感,所以最近几年仍然是出货量最高的触摸屏技术。
  本论文主要讲述了电阻式触摸屏的制作工艺、生产中常见的问题,未来的市场。

 Abstract

Touch screen originated in 1971, American dr Sam Hurst invented the world's first touch sensor. Although the touch screen is not very clear sensors, but it is the beginning of human research touch screen technology. In 1973, the technology has been the United States "industrial research" voted the most important year 100 of one of the new technology products. Touch screen from its birth was people attention and the affection. In 1982 the Tennessee Knoxville world trade fair in the United States for the first time, mapped display using a new platform 33 transparent touch sensitive panel TV set.
  In 1991, touch screen into China. At that time only acting foreign infrared and capacitance screen products. In 1993 China infrared touch screen technology basic mature. During this period, gradually produced Chinese touch self-help all-in-one PC zou shape. The KIOSK Launched in 2007, become mobile phone iPhone touch a milestone in the development of the industry. At present, the touch screen application scope has become more and more widely, from industrial USES factory equipment control, public information query electronic inquires the facilities, commercial usage of ATM, to consumer electronics mobile phone, PDA, etc all can see the figure of the touch screen. Of course, this one is the most widely used mobile phone still. According to research institutions in 2008, the report says ABIResearch by touch screen phones will be shipped more than 1 billion department, is expected to install a touch interface in 2012, the phone will be shipped more than 5 billion department.
  Touch screen is a location equipments, the user can directly use mobile phones to computer input coordinates information, it and the mouse, keyboard, is a type of input device, touch screen with durable and reaction speed, save a space, easy communication and many other advantages, using this technology, as long as the fingers lightly refers to touch on the computer screen operators or text can figure realize to host operation so that the human-computer interaction, this technology is more straightforward who don't understand it is convenient operate computer users.
